Leo's Blog: Infinite Insights — Page 63
While it is true that You/God is Absolute Self with no other, I have to warn you that whatever ideas you have of this, of solipsism, are fantasies and NOT what I am talking about.
YOUR IDEAS OF SOLIPSISM ARE NOT GOD-REALIZATION!
It's not that solipsism is false, it's that you profoundly misunderstand what solipsism is.
Really get this. It will save you a lot of suffering.
If you are suffering on account of existential aloneness or awareness of there not existing anything outside of your self and your mind, you are NOT Awake!
REALLY, please get this.
There is no suffering with God-Realization.
I am not putting you down for not getting it. It's okay if you don't get it yet. I just don't want you to suffer needlessly by falling into this trap. This is a particularly advanced trap that I myself have fallen into in the past.
Good stuff:
Good stuff, but it is not God-Realization. You cannot realize God through cognitive science. Because science itself is a dream.
God is not "plausible". God is the recognition of Absolute Truth. It's very obvious when a human doesn't know what Absolute Truth is.
Science cannot establish an independently plausible metaphysics, as Vervaeke suggests at the end there. That is pure nonsense. The only valid metaphysics is Absolute Truth, and it is not accessible to cognitive science nor academic philosophy, ever.
The aim of higher states of consciousness is not to bring back wisdom for use within science or academia. The aim of higher states of consciousness is Absolute Truth itself, completely unmediated by any human cognitive nonsense.
The aim of all philosophy and spirituality is simply one thing: Absolute Truth. Period. As soon as you start sciencing it, you don't have Absolute Truth, you're dreaming.
Absolute Truth is the only thing that exists. You are Absolute Truth.
Science is an elaborate series of egoic defense mechanisms designed to deny the realization of Absolute Truth. As long as you believe in science your mind cannot be Absolute. Which is why the deconstruction of science and academia is crucial for awakening. Vervaeke does not understand this. He doesn't understand how deep the problem goes.
Which is why you will not find God in a university. Rather stunning once you realize this.
Are you willing to forever surrender science to live in Absolute Truth?
That's something you should seriously contemplate. Where do your loyalties lie? Would you rather be a scientist? Or would you rather be God? Where did you get the idea that being a scientist is good? From a bunch of silly humans?
Science is a straitjacket on God's Infinite Mind. Deconstructing science is one of the most intelligent things you can do in life. You'd have to be mad to attempt it. And yet you can't reach Absolute Truth otherwise. If you think escaping a religious cult is hard, escaping science is 100 times harder. Which is why no scientist is awake.
And yet, the paradox is, we still need scientists around to make civilization possible. Quite ironic. Human civilization is built on lies and illusions.
Imagine becoming so absolutely present in your consciousness that you could not die because you are too present for a past or future to enter your mind. No birth. No death. Just absolute consciousness.
If you could achieve such a level of presence, you would literally become immortal.
What if death was nothing other than the story in your mind that "I will die"? How would you know the difference between "real death" and your story of it? What if that difference is itself a story?
What would happen if you never again had the thought that you were born and never again had the thought that you will die?
"But Leo! If I do that, then I'll die!"
Will you?
Is this just philosophy, or is this actually possible?
;)
Be ware of when scientifically-sounding people say stupid things. Don't let science and academia gaslight you.
Here's a good stage Orange video on developing a work ethic, shared on the Actualized Forum by user @Razard86:
Of course you have to be careful not to get trapped in becoming a workaholic, which would be very easy. And also don't get trapped in stage Orange forever. It's only an intermediate step in your development.
Must-read article for understanding the current political chaos in the world:
Memetic Tribes & Culture War 2.0
It's a long article but worth the read.
This article pairs well with my older video on Collective Ego.
This was posted by user @Vido on the Actualized Forum. Very cool what AI is doing:
Gives you a nice taste of Infinity. Endless consciousness ;)
You should be aware that there exists excellent old-school self-help material out there which covers the fundamentals of mastering life — the survival aspects. I cover such topics somewhat, but I also expect you to figure out the basics by yourself because it's all out there online.
Here's one example of what I mean:
Make sure that as you're following my advanced work you nail the basic self-help stuff. Remember that I cover very advanced stuff that goes way beyond what most people need for success. There's a lot of practical self-help material which I don't cover because I'm not interested in reinventing the wheel. Although to be fair, I am interested in reinventing the spiritual wheel. But that's beyond the point here. If your life isn't working well, focus on nailing the basics, not advanced metaphysical topics.
But! — and this is a big but — don't get stuck in the shallowness of basic self-help. It's important but it will not make you satisfied, it will not make for a profound life, and it is nowhere near your full potential as an infinite consciousness.
So, eat your vegetables, then come to me for dessert. It's infinite ;)
On YouTube I found this old Soviet cartoon I used to watch when I was a kid growing up in the USSR. It's about an arrogant and devilish wolf ("volk") who endlessly tries and fails to catch an innocent and adorable rabbit ("zayats"). Every time he fails to catch the rabbit he ends the cartoon with the catch phrase "Nu, zayats, Pogodi!" which translates as "Well, rabbit, just you wait!"
This is just for fun:
The history of this cartoon can be found here.
It holds up surprisingly well.
They don't make 'em like this any more.
