Very good stuff. A good subject to discuss would be corruption dynamics, called temptation in Spiritual work. As people at every level of consciousness are subject to it. A huge problem in Government is centralized vs decentralized government- corruption. As all politics are corrupt, and all politics are local, because all experience is local. To centralize politics-corruption, separates people from having any control over local politics-corruption. A “ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT” would be a “DISASTER”. As you have explained some of what influences government. You left out “CORRUPTION”. An example is culture. This would centralize GOVERNMENT-CORRUPTION, and erode cultural diversity.

Including Infinite varieties of culture, and Infinite varieties of every color stage of Government.
